Returns and Cancellation Policy
Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.
To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please inform customer service via email on email@example.com within 48 hours of the delivery along with images of the delivered product (Please ensure that the size of the email does not exceed above 2 MB).
All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return/exchange authorization number, and in saleable condition, otherwise the same will not be taken back.
Postage and charges for return of these will not be refunded.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale of used or seal opened products.
Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your damaged package or an item not as per your order, for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
In case an order has been placed erroneously and should the consumer wish to cancel the same, the consumer needs to get in touch via an email on firstname.lastname@example.org before the order is dispatched from the warehouse.
Customer will have to share the order number and the reason for cancellation over an email.
In case the customer does not know the order number, customer will have to share screenshot of the order placed / payment deducted.
Once the order is cancelled, the amount will be refunded in the original source of payment after deducting the payment processing charges of 2.5% of the order value.
In case the order is dispatched before receiving the cancellation request, the same will not be entertained and the product will be delivered to the customer in the stipulated timeline.
